Terms of Service

By registering for or using VM360 Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the organization you represent to these Terms.

2. Permitted Use

  • Prohibited: Conduct unauthorized security testing on systems you do not own.
  • Prohibited: Violate any applicable laws or international cybersecurity regulations.
  • Prohibited: Reverse-engineer the platform or circumvent security controls.
  • Prohibited: Share access credentials with unauthorized third parties.

3. Data Ownership & Sovereignty

You retain full ownership of all scanner data, asset inventories, and vulnerability reports entered into the platform. We do not use your data for any focus other than service delivery. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

VM360 targets 99.9% uptime for Professional and Enterprise plans. Unplanned downtime affecting more than 0.1% of service hours in a calendar month results in SLA credits per your specific contract terms.

5. Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality, enabling mandatory TOTP for admins, and reporting suspected security breaches to security@vm360.com.
